Centres can use the form in the link below to submit correction/amendment requests for Skills for Wales Construction and Building Services Engineering Qualifications.
You can only use this form to request corrections or amendments where the result has been released by
City & Guilds.
One form is required per candidate.
Please do not use this form to submit an amendment request where the result has not been released by
City & Guilds. In this instance, please contact the Skills for Wales Quality Team and follow the guidance for making changes to a submitted result within the ‘Guidance on Submitting Grades’ document.
